Steve Talks Liberated Leadership at the inaugural Guildford Games Developer Summit.

The very first Guildford Games Developer Summit took place on Valentines Day 2025 and there was plenty of love in the room.

The event was a sell out with the Finance Fundamentals track curated by Sam Collins of UKIE and The Building Hyper Engaged Teams track curated by Steve Cuss.

Steve took the stage himself to introduce attendees to the concept of Liberated Leadership and how the pillars and key practices create a change model that motivates and engages team members.

GGDS will be back next year bigger and better.
